So Budding Binghampton became my compromise — fun and fancy, with a rainbow of eighteen different florals from Banyan Batiks’ Rose Garden collection scattered across pinwheel blocks, but every pinwheel is made from a single fabric, set against crisp vanilla and black. Scrappy, but with guardrails. Color chaos, but every block still behaves.
