Laureen Smith is a quilt designer, educator, and creator of the Applismith™ method — a proprietary 3D fusible appliqué technique that has been featured at guilds, shows, and summits across the country.

With a background in chemical engineering and project management, Laureen brings unusual clarity to quilting education. She makes complicated techniques simple, keeps classes moving, and leaves students with something finished — not just inspired.
