Christmas is my favorite time of year. The music, the candlelight, the sense that for a little while, everyone is trying a little harder to be a little kinder. I sang in the church choir for years, and nothing took me back to the heart of it all quite like the Bing Crosby and David Bowie duet of The Little Drummer Boy — two completely different voices finding something tender and true together. A simple message. Peace. Arrival. Wonder.

That’s what this panel holds. The Away in a Manger scene from Timeless Treasures is quietly breathtaking — that single star blazing over the stable, the warm glow of the manger against the deep midnight blue.
