My computer practically goes wherever I go—and it’s seen more quilt math and design files than I care to admit.
But when things go wrong (and let’s be honest, they do), I rely on the quiet heroes in the background—the IT folks who click, troubleshoot, and patch us back together again.
This month’s Nutcracker block is my tribute to those behind-the-scenes tech wizards who rescue us from digital chaos and still manage to smile through it. Even when we are the chaos.

This guy has seen some things.
He’s sporting jeans, a cap, sunglasses, and a slightly worried expression—because if your device breaks just by you walking into the room, he knows the feeling.
Around here, he’s saved me from phishing scams, virus scares, and the occasional moment where a misbehaving backup undid hours of work.
He also gets roped into every new thing I want to design—or accidentally break.
This month’s Nutcracker block is tech-savvy, adaptable, and designed for fun extras. You can make him your own with a few quirky additions…
