Description
The inspiration for Autumn Vines came from the beauty of Virginia creeper and wild grapes in the fall, when the vines twist and overlap as they climb. I was especially drawn to how those vines are gathered and intertwined when making fall wreaths.
That idea translated naturally into this design, with curved pieces that weave together across the quilt. Templates and gentle curved piecing create a throw quilt that feels organic and layered, while still coming together in a clear, repeatable way.
