Snowflake Whimsy has been widely appreciated. The pattern was release a few months ago so that you can make your own version of Snowflake Whimsy. To make this even easier, we are offering kits in two formats.
- The traditional kit contains the instructions and fabrics to make the quilt top and binding. This means the maker can cut and applique the snowflakes in their favorite method.
- The laser cut kit also includes instructions and fabrics to make the quilt top and binding. In this kit, the appliques are already cut with Heat n’ Bond fusible applied. The appliques are ready to be placed on the pieced top and fused into place with a hot iron. This option make it so much easier for avid quilters to accomplish quickly.
In addition, we are going to be offering workshops for guilds and classes for individuals to learn how to make Snowflake Whimsy. The workshops/classes will cover how to piece the top and secure the appliques. A second workshop will be available to cover how to “bling” the quilt once it is finished. The initial workshops/classes will be offered virtually. Look for these offerings to appear on our website soon.
