Give thanks was designed for the autumn season, when we reflect on the positive things in our life. Traditional symbols are used in this quilt such as the cornucopia block for bounty and turkey tracks for the star of the feast. With detailed instructions, you can tackle the gentle curves and foundation piecing in the Give Thanks pattern.
Hoffman Watercolors were used for this design. The particular colors of deep green, browns, golds, and purple were inspired by the hues seen on walks around the neighborhood.
Give Thanks finishes to 64-inches square, so is a good size for a table topper, throw or wall hanging. There is plenty of negative space to practice your quilting and make this unique to your gratitude.
